I still vividly remember my first day as a manager, now more than 10 years ago. Ever since there is a “before” (the time I spent in non-managerial roles) and an “after”.  Looking back, taking the plunge into that first management role was the best thing that ever happened to me from a career/work perspective. This blog is an attempt to share some of my thoughts on management that have accumulated over the past decade and continue to develop as I continue to learn and grow as a manager.
